How long after ordering will I receive my part?

Autopart aims to provide parts to customers with a quick turnaround time. Unpainted parts typically take under 1 week to ship out. Painted parts typically ship out within 1 weeks. Additionally, there is a shipping calculator on the website which will provide you with an estimated delivery date!

Do the parts have clear coat applied to them?

Yes, Autopart applies two layers of clear coat to every painted part. Clear coat not only gives the part a glossy finish, but it also protects the part from UV rays, environmental factors, and any other harmful contaminants. 

Are the auto parts Autopart sells high quality?

Yes! Autopart sells aftermarket parts. The aftermarket parts that Autopart sells are guaranteed the same quality, fitment, durability, and finish as OEM parts.

Does Autopart provide installation?

No, Autopart does not provide installation. Many customers install their new parts themselves. For instructions on how to install your new part, read our blog here.

How can I ensure I order the correct part?

See the middle of the product page where it says, “Model Fitment”. There, you can see the year, make, and model that the specific part you are looking at fits. Additionally, you will see there is a section you can expand called “OEM part number”. If you call your dealership and provide them with your VIN number, they will give you an OEM part number. You can then cross-reference that OEM part number with the OEM part numbers we have on the product you are looking at. Will you notify me when my order ships out?

Yes, our shipping department will send you a tracking link via email once your order ships out. 

Do you ship your bumpers folded?

It depends. Some bumpers are required to be shipped via freight, which means they will not be folded. If your bumper is being shipped via ground shipping, then your bumper will be shipped with the ends folded in. This is to prevent damage in transit and to lower shipping fees.  

We add a powerful flexing agent to the paint, which allows the bumpers to bend and flex without creasing. We have unfolding instructions on our website; you can read them here. We rarely have problems with this shipping method as the bumpers bounce back to their original shape without a problem.  

Customers always have the option to select freight shipping, which would mean the bumper would be shipped unfolded. Please note, for freight shipping, the shipping address must be a commercial address. 

What's your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is dependent on where your order is in production.

  • If production has not started on your order, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
  • If production started on your order but it has not been shipped, the order can be cancelled. However, we cannot include the paint charge in your refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
